Nerida joined the team at Heaps Decent in 2012 with a rich history in the arts management. Prior to her former role as General Manager for Shopfront Contemporary Arts and Performance, she spent several years in the UK as a Company and Tour Manager, and in Australia as a stage manager at the Sydney Opera House, freelance production manager, event coordinator and management consultant. Nerida has an ear for rhythm, when she’s not in the office she’s bashing on her drum kit.

Claud is a producer through and through – they produce films, workshop programs, events, grants and community arts projects. Claud is the co-founder of TRANSMEDIUM and has produced various workshops, events and grant programs for LGBTQIA+SB teenagers for the Sydney Opera House, Inner West Council, Wear it Purple & Australian Theatre for Young People. Claud is super excited to be working at Heaps Decent and might have no musical talent… but is a big fan of those who do!
