January 7, 2015

We started our 2015 the same way we have for the past few years, down at Field Day in The Domain! In keeping with our tradition of collecting donations at Fuzzy events thanks to their Cash for Comp scheme, we were up bright and early on New Years Day with a slew of amazing volunteers ready help out throughout the day. While it may have been a struggle at times braving the huge crowds in the sweltering heat, our vollies all had a great time and got to head into the festival after their shift to see the likes of Salt n Pepa, SBTRKT, Alt-J and Rufus. We even had some of our very own facilitators performing at the festival, with Levins DJing the main stage in between acts and Joyride performing with One Day!

We’d like to extend a huge thanks to both Fuzzy and our wonderful volunteers for making this possible. To anyone interested in volunteering with us, our next big event will be at Listen Out in late September, so keep your eyes peeled as we’ll be making call-outs via social media!
